jetta Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Start

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jetta platform and all of its services. By using jetta's website, mobile version, or any other interface, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. Please read this document in its entirety.

1 General Provisions

jetta is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms are effective in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Any user who accesses, registers on, or uses any service of the jetta platform agrees to these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

• Registering with false information will result in account cancellation.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened using the same device, IP address, or payment method.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before making a withdrawal or exceeding certain limits, jetta may request a copy of a National ID (NID), birth certificate, or passport for identity verification. Failure to provide these documents may restrict account activity.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Follow the guidelines below to ensure the security of your account:

• Use a strong password — a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters.
• Never share your account details with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Make sure to log out after using an unfamiliar device or public network.

jetta will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access, unless it is proven that jetta's own security systems were at fault.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred taka) per method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Once a deposit is successful, it is generally reflected in the account instantly.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Standard withdrawal processing takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account identity verification is not complete.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

jetta offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 10 times the combined amount of the original deposit and the bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• Each eligible account is entitled to the welcome bonus only once.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• There should be no existing bonus balance in the account when claiming a bonus.
• Funds deposited via bKash or Nagad are fully eligible for bonuses.
• While participating in one bonus promotion, you may not take part in any other promotion at the same time.
• jetta reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

7 Gaming Rules

The jetta platform hosts casino games, sports betting, live games, and other entertainment activities. All games are conducted fairly and transparently.

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are specified within the game itself.
• If a game result is found to be invalid due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.
• If the internet connection is lost, any game in progress will be saved automatically.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, the game log will be considered the final evidence.
• The terms and conditions of jetta's game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) also apply.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetta platform:

• Any form of cheating, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing using a third party's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or artificially fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Misconduct or making threats toward jetta staff.
• Using automated bots or hacking tools to play games.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

jetta reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to provide the required documents for identity verification on time.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
• At the user's own request (Self-Exclusion).
• The account has been inactive for an extended period of time.

9.1 Closure at User's Request

10 Limitation of Liability

jetta operates as a safe and reliable platform. However, jetta's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by the user's own negligence.
• Disruptions caused by internet outages or third-party technical issues.

• Service restrictions due to legal changes or government directives.
